Do I need to be a member to reserve your training room?
You do not need to be a member to use our corporate training room for rent. Whether you’re a member or not, book our training room and receive access to all of our amenities and on-site support.
How many people fit in your training room?
Our training room can accommodate up to 60 people – big enough to also work as a classroom rental space in San Antonio. Plus, with high-tech video conferencing capabilities, you can have more virtual attendees.
Can I book the training room for just an hour?
Absolutely! Our training room is available to book by the hour, making it easy and flexible to host a large group.
What presentation tools are included?
Our training room is fully equipped with video conferencing, multiple TVs with easy screen sharing, and a whiteboard for brainstorming. There’s also a dedicated speaker-facing TV, so you can present without turning your back to the room.
What’s your cancellation policy for training room bookings?
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance with no fee. Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours out will incur a 50% charge. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Is there catering available for meetings and events?
We’re happy to help coordinate catering for your meeting or event. Just let us know what you need and we’ll take it from there.
