Do I have to pay to use the conference rooms?If you have a private office with us, you will be given a set amount of free conference room time at the beginning of each month. Everything after that will be available at a membership price. Our training room is also bookable at a membership price.

How many private offices do you have?We have private offices ranging from 1-person rooms to 10-person suites, with the ability to rent out multiple offices to one company, making them as large as needed.

What amenities do you offer?We offer a range of amenities to help you and your team work more efficiently, including free Wi-Fi, coffee, 24/7 secured access to the building, and access to high-end conference and training rooms.

How flexible is your leasing?Our leasing options are designed to be flexible to fit your unique needs and budget. We offer month to month options as well as three, six, and 12 month contracts at lower rates. You can scale up as needed, and our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive.

How can I get up to 20% off?by signing a longer term contract you can get up 20% off your monthly cost.
